Amine Gocmen

Amine joined the commercial legal team at Maclarens Lawyers in 2023.  She works closely with the firm’s commercial partner, Jessica Diep, to provide a range of quality legal services to our business clients including advice regarding the sale and purchase of businesses, leasing, licensing, shares and reviewing Contracts in the commercial realm.

She is professional and dedicated, with a passion for solving complex legal problems and a strong work ethic.  Committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for clients, Amine is also a fast learner and quick to grasp the key issues at hand.

After her admission as a solicitor in 2021, Amine worked across a wide range of practice areas, including conveyancing, debt recovery, family law and personal injury.  This experience has provided Amine with a strong legal foundation and a broad understanding of the various jurisdictions.
